Protecting your privacy and the personal information you provide us is a top priority for S2 Development Ltd (“Book’n’Bloom”). By visiting this site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Any data submitted to booknbloom.com (“Website”) or Book’n’Bloom Facebook application (“App”), collectively “Services”, is collected, managed and retained by Book’n’Bloom. We do not transfer, sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Unless stated otherwise, this document only deals with the use and communication of data collected by Book’n’Bloom.

Those Privacy Policy provisions are part of our TOS.

2. What information is collected

Any time you sign up via our Website to access our Services, Book’n’Bloom collects and saves the following information:

  • Your business’ name

  • Your business’ contact person’s name

  • Your telephone number

  • Your business’ physical address

  • Your time zone

You consent to our access to and collection of such information about your business. You have the obligation to state truthfully, accurately and completely your up-to-date personal information in the registration process and update your account whenever it is needed. If your personal information is not in compliance with these provisions or if Book’n’Bloom has reasonable suspicions that your personal information is not in accordance with these provisions, Book’n’Bloom has the right to reject your application for registration or to suspend or terminate immediately your account, irrespectively of any notice, any use, current or future. In this case, you have no right to any compensation for the rejection of your application, the suspending or termination of your account.

3. How the information is used

Book’n’Bloom treats all personal information and data according to EU law or the law in the country in which you reside or operate (whichever applies). We collect three kinds of information from you: a) personal information and information about your business, as described in paragraph 2 above (personal information), b) data about your users, such as their name, birthday, their appointment history etc (data) and c) non-personal information such as website navigation data and IP addresses.

We do not transfer, sell or rent your personal information and data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We request only the information and data that we need to operate our Services and improve our Website’s and App’s user experience. We do not use your personal information and data to create any advertising creative.

Book’n’Bloom reserves its right though to share your personal information and data to a third party in case of sale merger, control changes, transfers of significant actives (including Book’n’Bloom), reorganization or liquidation of the Company. All actions will naturally be completed in compliance with EU Law (and other applicable laws) of personal data and privacy.

All our employees, independent contractors and agents have executed non-disclosure agreements, which provide explicit confidentiality protections. Any employee, independent contractor or agent who violates such privacy and/or security policies is subject to possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.

We may use your personal information and data for the following purposes:

  • Use of your e-mail associated with your Facebook account in order to send you newsletters. If you do not wish to receive newsletters you may click the relevant checkbox during your registration.

  • Display advertisements and promotions on the Services in conjunction with your use of our Services.

  • Book’n’Bloom uses credit card information solely to check your financial qualifications and to collect payment for its Services (see paragraph 4).

Book’n’Bloom uses website navigation data to operate and improve the Website. The Company may also use website navigation data alone or in combination with your personal information and data to provide aggregated information about Book’n’Bloom.

Book’n’Bloom collects the Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate your non-personal information when you use our Website. Book’n’Bloom uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which you navigate our Website and sign up to use our Services. Your IP-address is also registered for statistical purposes and advertising and layout of the Website.

Book’n’Bloom may confidentially share parts of its statistical data about your use of our Services. These data may include demographical data such as age groups and/or geographical locations of certain user groups. It will not be possible to identify personal information such as name or e-mail addresses from these statistics.

Book’n’Bloom may collect data about you in order to provide benchmark analysis where you can see how you perform compared to similar businesses. These data will be anonymized and no data collected for this purpose shall be given or sold to competitors in way or format that identifies you.

All the information, described in paragraph 3, will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We do not use your data in any other context other than the one described in our TOS and Privacy Policy.

 

4. Billing and Optional Information

When purchasing the Services, Book’n’Bloom may require you to provide us your billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the scope of use within the organization for the Services (Billing Information). Billing information is linked to your purchase and used as part of our internal operations in order to associate the purchase with your account. This information is collected after a purchase is successfully completed through our Website.

Book’n’Bloom may use a third-party service provider to facilitate and manage credit card processing. These credit card service providers are not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on Book’n’Bloom’s behalf.

5. Updating and Deleting Personal Information and Data

You are obliged to keep all information and data relating to your users up-to-date at all time. Upon request from a user, you are obliged to notify the user about all information you have registered relating to the user. When a user ceases to be your customer, you have the obligation to delete all information relating to the user from your records, except for information which you are required to keep by law (for example for accounting purposes).

6. Facebook Compliance

Book’n’Bloom is using a Facebook application as part of its Services. Bookn’n’Bloom is in compliance with the Facebook terms and policies, including Facebook general legal terms and data use policy (see our TOS).

7. How the information is stored

We save your personal information in our database in order to improve our Website’s and App’s user experience and in accordance with our TOS. If you wish that your personal information be permanently deleted from our database when you stop using our Services, please notify us at support@booknbloom.com.

8. Cookies Policy

Book’n’Bloom is using cookies to improve your experience of our Website and App. When you visit our Website, Book’n’Bloom’s servers send a cookie to your computer. You can delete these cookies at any time. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify an individual. Cookies merely recognize the web browser. Unless an individual chooses to identify himself/herself to Book’n’Bloom, such as through opening an account or entering login information, individuals remain anonymous to Book’n’Bloom.

Session Cookies: If you are using our Services and you choose to identify yourself to us, Book’n’Bloom uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow Bookn’n’Bloom to uniquely identify you. Each time you log into the Services, a session cookie containing an encrypted, unique identifier that is tied to your account is placed on your browser. These session cookies allow Book’n’Bloom to uniquely identify you when you are logged into the Services and to process online data transactions and requests. Session cookies are required to use the Services.

9. Legal requests

 We cooperate with law enforcement authorities, as well as with other third parties, to enforce laws, intellectual property rights and to prevent fraud. In response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can, and you authorize us to, disclose your name, e-mail address, Website and App use history, with or without a subpoena. Without limiting the above, we will not disclose your personal information to any law enforcement or other governmental officials without a subpoena or court order, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our policies, respond to claims that your use of our Services violates Book’n’Bloom’s policies or rights or others’, or protect anyone’s rights, property or safety.

Book’n’Bloom’s software runs on individual servers and no data given or collected is shared with Facebook or other social media platforms.

If however, we share your personal information and data with third parties as indicated above under paragraph 7, we will notify you. Please note that no transmission over the internet can be fully guaranteed in its confidentiality and non-disclosure, and as such, you transmit at your own risk.

Book’n’Bloom uses robust security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of data. When the Services are accessed using the internet, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your data using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies help ensure that your data are safe, secure, and only available to you to whom the information belongs and those to whom you have granted access. Book’n’Bloom also implements other advanced technology measures to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Book’n’Bloom offers enhanced security features within the Services that permit you to block users from using the Services.

We do not tolerate Spam. To report Book’n’Bloom-related spam please contact us at support@booknbloom.com. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our TOS. We may check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content of the Website and App, but we will not permanently store messages sent through these tools.

Your account’s login information should be held in strict confidence. If you lose control of your login information, you may lose substantial control over your information and profile. If your login information has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately contact us at support@booknbloom.com.

Book’n’Bloom does its utmost to secure communications and data storage in order to protect confidentiality of your personal information and data against loss and interception by third parties.

However, it is important to know that there is no zero-risk against loss or interception by others of your personal information and data. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account’s username and password.

S2 Development offers you the possibility to use an online appointment system, which is fully integrated into Facebook and use our PointsClub (“Services”). In order to use PointsClub, you must visit the business’ Facebook page, press the PointsClub button which will re-direct you at our PointsClub webpage where you can provide us with the following information:

  • Your name

  • Your e-mail

  • Your cellphone number

You consent to our access to and collection of such information about you.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account and fully responsible for all activities that occur under this account and any other actions taken in connection with this account. You must immediately notify S2 Development of any unauthorized uses of your Facebook account or any other breaches of security. S2 Development will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

  • Conduct larger studies or analysis regarding i.e. your purchase behavior.

  • S2 Development uses website navigation data to operate and improve PointsClub webpage. The Company may also use website navigation data alone or in combination with your personal information to provide aggregated information about the S2 Development.

S2 Development saves your personal information in its system’s database in order to improve PointsClub’s user experience and in accordance with our TOS. If you wish that your personal information be permanently deleted from our database when you stop using our Services, please notify us at support@booknbloom.com.
